Designed to build a strong foundation of athletic and motivational skills that apply in and out of the gym, our Youth Programs help develop coordination, agility, speed and strength. Combat the negative impact of screen time with the positive influence of fitness.
Designed to reinforce a positive, motivated mentality, our classes teach Youth to never give up. Develop strong athletic skills while improving self-esteem, discipline, classroom behavior and more.
Train, learn and grow. Our Youth Classes go further than physical fitness. Participants also develop interpersonal skills under the mentorship of a certified Youth Coach.
KIDS SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

During this school holiday, UFC GYM Singapore will be running a 4-week training camp to help mould your children to be leaders of tomorrow.
Each week your children will learn a different set of skills.
WEEK 1: RESPECT
Children are taught to respect their instructors, peers and themselves. We focus on this value consistently, encouraging students to carry it with them beyond the class setting.
WEEK 2: LEADERSHIP
Some children have inherent leadership qualities, while others develop them through proper mentorship and growth opportunities. Our aim is to empower your children to take positive decisions and act as role models within their school, family and community.
WEEK 3: DISCIPLINE
Discipline can be one of the most important martial arts values that transfer into other aspects of a child's life. It goes beyond respect for authority but rather focuses on self-discipline practices.
WEEK 4: TEAMWORK
Learning to work as part of a team will help a child hone many social skills such as patience, empathy, communication, respect, compromise and tolerance. It also helps them develop self-confidence and trust in other people.
Focus on coordination, speed, agility, strength and other performance benefits while having fun in a range of specialized Youth Classes. Availability may vary by club.
Learn basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and basic self-defense.
YOUTH DAILY ULTIMATE TRAINING
Boot camp for kids! Focus on dynamic full body movements that build coordination, athletic ability and confidence.
YOUTH BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
This program teaches self-defense techniques and develops conditioning and athletic skills. Improves motor skills, agility, flexibility and instills discipline.
