Muay Thai class covers the ancient art of 8 limbs. This class includes Muay Thai leg kicks, knees, elbows, and clinching. Classes are offered for Levels 1, 2, and 2-3.

BOXING

This class will take you to the next level and build on the foundation you've already established in prior classes. This class teaches more experienced boxing skills and techniques. It includes partner, offensive and defensive drills.

KICKBOXING

Looking for a total-body workout? Learn basic skills and techniques that incorporate punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Keep the body guessing as you alternate between speed and power drills.
