TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger Point Therapy refers to the treatment of myofascial trigger points (MTrP) that are found in muscles and fascia. These trigger points can be found in any area of the body which causes chronic pain and discomfort.

DUAL ZONE MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (DZMR)
DZMR is a method of enabling individuals to live pain free actively using the 4R approach, Review + Release + Retrain = Results. This programme aims to address the source of your pain rather than its symptoms.

REHABILITATION
Returning back to your original fitness level is never easy after a traumatic injury. This programme is suitable for people with ailments such as frozen shoulder, slip discs, neck strains, ACL tear and migraines.

Duration: 2x/week for 12 weeks
STRETCHING
Using various stretching techniques including Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), this programme will help to increase your range of motion, mobility and flexibility for functional movement during your workouts.
