Have you tried a variety of diets and workouts and still feel like you're not getting or seeing the results you want? When you feel like you’re doing everything right, but for some reason, you’re just not seeing results? Or perhaps you've met your short-term goals but haven't been able to maintain them over the long run. You're not alone.
Take a look at the reasons why you may not be achieving your goals or see the results.
NOT UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY
You need to know what to work on with your body by measuring your body composition. It will tell you the unique makeup of your body and help you identify areas to improve on.
You need to have a tailored training program that works for your fitness goals. Also, you need to be consistent in your training.
Even if you work out regularly, you won't see much changes to your body if you don't eat healthily. You must not only consume nutritious meals but also avoid consuming too many calories. Keep track of what you eat each day so you can know how many calories you consume.
Diet and nutrition have the largest impact on your fitness. Eating right can help you reduce body fat, shed a few pounds & reduce your risk of illness.
NOT ENOUGH REST
Most beginners (and even advanced fitness goers) make the mistake of not allowing their bodies adequate time to rest and heal. It's vital to remember that energy comes not just from good eating, but also from getting enough rest. Rest allows your muscle to rebuild and grow. Without proper rest, you will be more prone to making mistakes while training which could lead to injury.
