ASSESSMENT
During the assessment phase, our personal trainer will conduct a thorough evaluation of the client's current fitness level, including a physical assessment, a review of your medical history, and a discussion of the your fitness goals. This information will be used to develop a customized training plan that is tailored to your needs and goals.

TRAINING
The training phase is the main part of the personal training program, during which you will follow the customized training plan developed in the assessment phase. Our trainer will provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to help you make progress towards your goals.
