To get started, click here to let us get to know you a little bit better. We would need to know your fitness goals (e.g. fat loss, build muscle, mobility & flexibility, rehabilitation), age, height, weight, injuries, existing health conditions, type of personal exercise equipment (if any). This would help us tailor a training programme for you that would best meet your goals.

ONLINE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND SCHEDULING

Our coaches would contact you for an online fitness assessment which would include a strength, muscular endurance and stamina test in the comfort of your own home. This would help us and you better understand your current fitness level. Talk through the unique details that will personalize your home workout experience and we will map out a plan based on your goals. Your coach will set you up with specific, measurable, and achievable goals as well as schedule the dates and times that work the best for you.

ONLINE PLATFORM

All you need is an internet connection and a camera and microphone enabled device that can access WiFi. The online sessions would be conducted over  Google/Zoom and hence you would also need to have a Google/Zoom account. You will receive an email with a link to join the online training session. The email includes an option to add an appointment reminder with the link to your calendar.
