MyZone Boxing
is a dynamic HIIT based boxing class where we guide you up and down the aerobic and anaerobic heart zones. We strongly recommend to purchase a MyZone heart rate monitor as wearing one opens the possibility for the coach to give personal feedback in a group setting as your effort level is displayed in real-time. Accountability is key in your fitness progress. The effort level that is perceive is generally not the effort level we see on the screen.

The 5 Zones
Myzone works in five zones. Each zone represents a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR). Myzone calculates your MHR from the moment you start training. It's your workout. Track your effort.

Reach different zones based on your MHR. The harder you work, the more Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) you earn. MEPs help to transform any workout into a game that leaves you feeling good, inside and out.

MyZone Boxing incorporates wireless & cloud technology to accurately & conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MyZone Effort Points (MEPS) with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
